Personallity:Ranger is a loyal dog and will take a bullet for his master.He is also very brave and will protect his friends and family.He is quite kind and tried to be gentle but he can't hide his hard core side.He tries his best to be there for Dakota but ends up being far away from him.

Ranger is respcetful and respected because of his bravery in a war.He can be quite snappy or mean if he is upset or angry but most of the time he tried to calm down.

History:Ranger was born in Nome and spend his time growing up there.When he was 7 months old there was a terrible snow storm and his parents died.He spent most days mourning there until a soldier bought him and he was sent to a base.In the battlefield,there was a man who tried to shoot his handler.Ranger dived and took a bullet which was in his leg.He was told he could never properly run again so he was sent to Nome,retired.

Balto who was his friend when he was younger used to visit him whilst he was injured and tried to make him feel better but Ranger was depressed and terribly sad.One day he met a pretty young female and had pups with her.She told him Dakota and some other pups were his.They agreed that when Dakota was older he would be given to him.Dakota lived with Ranger for a while and then went to Nome with him and was adopted by a musher.Ranger got in a  fight with steele when he spread word about Dakota's fall ona mock race and he almost beat steele and they became enemies.
