Name: Royal, goes by Roy
Sex: Male Age: 3 (currently)
Breed: Mostly malamute, but there's some Samoyed on his father's side Mate: None, and it's not open
Parents: Tucker and Beryllia
Siblings: (He was second born) Fawn, Honor, and Brooke
Likes: winter, (season), 'The Nephew', Fawn, Ivanov, Murrow, and sausage
Dislikes: Most dogs, summer, his parents, and learning things the hard way
Fears: Losing the few people he cares about, dying alone
Realtion to the Balto World: His mother, Beryllia is Steele's sister. His father, Tucker, tried to get with Dixie awhile back, but she had the good grace to ditch him.
Personality: Sarcastic, cynical, and stubborn, most dogs avoid Roy like the plague. Deep down, he wants to be nicer to others, but it's pretty hard for him. His only friends are people he considers, "fellow rejects of society." (Ivanov is an outcast because of Russian paranoia in America, Murrow is missing a leg. It's considered a blight on society by dogs.) But to these people, he's extremely loyal
Other: Born on a malamute breeding farm ten miles outside of White Mountain, Roy and his siblings were born to a cold, neglectful mother and an absent father. His owners weren't much better; they cared more about money than the dogs. So it was then that Roy developed his sarcasm; it's a kind of survival mechanism, dogs who are truly kind see past it. It's how he knows he can trust them. Roy wasn't sold on "Adoption Day," no child seemed to want the distant pup. So, his owners gave him to their nephew, Werner Dounsfield, a veteran of World War One. Werner and Roy hit it off immeditately; Werner is distrustful of people because of PTSD. Months passed and Roy seemed unable to make friends until he met Ivanov, a Borzoi. Ivanov is a year older than Roy, but it didn't seem to matter to either of them; both needed a friend. Then, when Roy turned two, a stray with a missing front leg came to Nome. When all the other dogs shunned him, Roy and Ivanov took pity on the stray, and found a place for him in an old shed in Ivanov's backyard. The grateful stray introduced himself as Murrow, and all three have been friends ever since. Yeah, Roy seems to live a pretty uneventful life. That is...until a wolf pack appears on the outskirts of Nome and they start killing dogs in town. What's their problem? Can they be stopped? And why is Balto's daughter, Aleu, leading them?
Extra: Since Werner was a fighter pilot during World War One, he gave Roy his red and white flying scarf for a collar. He is named after the famous World War One Canadian flying ace, Arthur ROY Brown, who supposedly shot down the Red Baron.
Voice: Willem Dafoe
