Name: Spica (Said- Spie-kah or Spick-ah)
Age: 2-ish (Her standard age)
Breed: 5/8 Wolf & 3/8 Husky
Siblings: (1 of a litter of 10) Kreni, Yakone, Nilak, Sanak, Niko, Adak, Yildun, Desna, and Aurel.
Mate: None
Offspring: None
Personality: She’s the “spacey” one of the litter, as she is easily distracted. Like Aleu, Spica is the different one. She doesn’t play as hard as her siblings, nor run as far (though she is the fastest). She loses interest in practice hunts and often doesn’t take much thrill in the chase. She is fairly confident in her individuality, outspoken and deep thinking. She’d much rather think her way out of trouble, which doesn’t always work in the wilds of Alaska. She is normally well behaved, but isn’t adverse to sneaking out to watch sled teams run through the forest, her secret ambition. She’s a bit crafty, but her mouth isn’t too big, unless she’s being talked down to.
Likes: Sled Teams, Running, humans (though she has yet to meet face to face with one).
Dislikes: Being teased by her siblings (especially Niko), fire, boredom.
Fears: Never finding where she belongs, getting lost.
Voice: Kirsten Dunst (Think of Kiki's voice)
Realtion to Balto: Is Aleu & Niju’s daughter, making her Balto’s granddaughter.
More: She obviously looks like the 3/8 husky that she is, much to the despair of her parents. Initially Her father took this fact much easier than her mother; who knows what it’s like to have others judge her just by looks. Spica struggles with her instincts, that don’t come as easily to her as they do to her siblings; she often has to be reminded to howl with the rest of the pack. Her siblings often poke fun at her, but Yildun and Kreni are much nicer to her than the rest. She can run much faster than her siblings, but tires before they do. Even after her siblings find their own packs to join/ start their own, and progress down their paths, Spica struggles to find her own. No pack wants to take a husky-looking wolf. She dreams of leading a sled team though the wild and rugged terrain of Alaska.
She is currently torn between what her parents and heritage tell her, and her dream. Spica seems fairly in-tuned with Nava’s spirit but not nearly as much as her father, mother and sister Yildun. Spica still wonders what’s out there, she tries to remain hopeful that the answer will find her.
