He's very relaxed and happy. He doesn't like to be stuck up even though he sometimes is. His parents used to call him Sky-Blue because he has the brightest blue eyes they've ever seen. A little girl named Kate adopted him when he was a pup. He's so close to Kate, and because of having a girl owner he becomes a ladies man. 

Skylar is a very popular dog in Nome. He had many different lady friends that he liked to flirt around with. He didn't have any feelings for those females because many of them were loose and just wanted to have beautiful puppies with him. But for awhile he never even knew what love was. Until one dog caught his eye, Ink. She was a new girl in Nome and she became very popular fast. Although she was popular, he saw how she turned down many other males because of how they acted towards her. Because of that, Skylar respected her and had the desire to make her his own. He introduced himself and after that it was like it was meant to be. Skylar fell madly in love with Ink and treated her like a princess. They're always seen together walking through town as happy as can be.
