Name:  Kimama  (Native American Shoshone name meaning "butterfly")

Nicknames: Kim (she prefers this and hates her full name)

Parents:    Adlait and Aili

Breed:  Husky x Wolf(very small though)

Personality:  Independent, stubborn, and clever. She's usually calm and collected when on a case, but tends to loose her cool when she's assigned the rookie and ridiculous cases. She takes her job very seriously, and strives to prove herself to the other dogs. Get's frustrated when others forget to face her when their speaking, but she'll usually let this slide unless it's done on purpose. She's very smart and can pick up things quickly, often noticing things others miss.

Mate/Crush: none

Pups: none

Likes: proving others wrong, her family, her job

Dislikes: being told she can't do something, not being taken seriously, being embarrassed, when she can't read lips and doesn't know what's going on, her sister Flint's "stunts", being teased

History: She'd always had poor hearing as a pup, and by the time she was two months old, she was completely deaf. She learned to read lips quickly, and most of the time, others don't know she's deaf unless she tells them.

She was adopted by a Irish woman who worked on the local police force. The woman spoke Gaelic very often, and Kim picked it up. Not realizing the difference at first, she'd speak a mixture of English and Gaelic, which was very confusing for others. It wasn't until she went to her Aunt Paige did she realize she was doing it. Paige helped her, and Kim is fluent in both English and Gaelic.

When she was old enough, her owner tried to get her to be a police dog, but at first she was rejected because she was deaf. Her owner proved she was smart and a good tracker through some small tests, and Kim was put on the team as a tracker. The other police dogs think she's a joke and doesn't belong, and are always trying to pull stuff on her, or making her do the cases no one else wants. This frustrates Kim to no end, and she turns the tables on them as often as she can.

A few of the officers tease her about her sister Flint, who they consider a nuisance because of her "stunts", and it annoys Kim, especially when they tell her it's her job to make sure her sister doesn't hurt anyone other then herself.

Other: Completely deaf, but reads lips extremely well.

Speaks English and Gaelic.
