Personality: One of those tough, silent types. He doesn't speak unless he thinks it's necessary, mostly sitting off to the side and just listening. He's incredibly calm and pretty laid back. You can yell and rage at him and he won't bat an eye. His expression is usually neutral, but it's often mistaken as him looking bored. It tends to be a bit unnerving. He is protective of his family, and keeps an eye on his sister closely.

History: He looks so much like his deceased uncle that everyone sort of expected him to act like him to. That didn't happen. Where as his uncle had been quite friendly and a joker, Tom was very quiet and serious. He wouldn't play with his siblings and would often just sit in the shade and watch. He didn't speak or react to anyone for so long that his family started to wonder if he was mute or deaf. This proved false as Tom eventually spoke.

He and his sister Tamarie were adopted by the same woman, and Tam would try and coax Tom into playing with her or walking around town with her. Tom went a few times, mostly to keep an eye on Tam, but he preferred to stay home.

After a bit, their owner bought another dog, a little blue female called Juliana. She was very rude to Tamarie, and at first, Tom didn't like her and avoided her (though he'd glare whenever she snapped at Tam). Over time Juli and Tam got along better, and the two went for walks around town.

One time, Juliana came back and was acting more snappish then usual, and when she kept getting worse and started hanging around the house more and more, Tom grew concerned about her. He walked in on her one day and found her looking in the mirror and looking depressed. Juliana just exploded and started shouting and screaming about a lot of things that were bothering her. Tom sat quietly and waited for her to finish, then sat down by her and admitted he thought she was pretty.

The two grew closer after that, with Tom being Juli's outlet for her anger. Tom doesn't mind. He lets her rant and rage, then calms her down.

The two became mates and Juliana became pregnant. She doesn't handle the hormones well, and for the first time, Tom is actually afraid of her temper. (in a comical way, people)

Other: He's big, like his dad (possibly bigger), but has a bit more muscle then his dad.
