Personality: Minty is a natural born leader. Some dogs see her as bossy but close friends know she isn't on purpose. Minty is loyal and protective of her friends. She can be stubborn, but has a heart in the right place.

Likes: her friends, rainy days, her bandanna, Muk and Luk, puppies, wolves, howling, being called a 'good leader'

Dislikes: Steele, bullies, blizzards, being or seeing her friends hurt

History:

Minty was born in the wild to stray dogs and was named Luna. She was born a runt but grew into a strong dog v.s. her siblings who died shortly after their birthday. Her father died from an avalanche while hunting. Her mother didn't think she could raise her puppy on her own. So she brought Minty back to her life as a housepet. A human took in both Minty and her mother and changed her from Luna to Minty because of her eys. Her mother grew ill and many dogs bullied Minty because she was born in the wild. But soon, Minty began to adjust to her life in Nome and quickly befriended many dogs. Her best friends were Chloe, Nellie, Sky, Lexi, and Lassie (i'm working on all of them). When she began to grow out of her puppy stage, Minty met Muk and Luk and they wanted her to play with them. She agreed to, but after a while, a blizzard began and the polar bears lost her in it. Minty's memory of her childhood was wiped clean exept for her friends who reminded her who they were in the nick of time. Ever since then, Minty has hated blizzards and forgotten almost all of her childhood. Once older, her friend Lexi met a wolf that invited her to join his pack (the reddish-brown and white one from WQ). Lexi liked the idea but refused until her friends could come along. Minty hesitated because she had a crush on a dog in Nome. But her loyalty was more to her friends than a male that liked Chloe anyway. The six went on a big quest to find the wolf's and his pack. They had many near-death-expiereances (which were mostly becasue of Nellie or Lexi). After about a month of traveling on the trecherous quest, they finally met Aleu who warmly let them into her pack (what luck they met the Alpha Female, huh?). Now, Minty lives a peaceful life in her wolf pack and with her beloved friends.

Other: Minty usually wears a mint-green collar (ignore that it's a bandanna in the pic ) that's the same color as her eyes and still treasures wearing it despite living in a wolf pack.

Relation to Balto: Minty grew up in Nome and lived next door to Jenna. She was puphood friends with Muk and Luk even after they lost her in a blizzard. And she lives in Aleu's pack as a trusted friend.
