Personality: Illa is exact and careful and possesses an alpha personality of dominance and elegance. When she feels insecure she will overcompensate by working harder. She is a lead dog.

Likes: Pulling, reindeer, roughhousing

Dislikes: Other females, baby humans, wolves, dogs in her sled team who slack.

History: Illa was born to Milan and Steele after the events of the Balto movie took place. Although Steele was outcasted by the majority of dogs in town, Illa was unaware of his fallen status and thought of him as a hero and perfect sled dog. Steele, however, was still himself - he cheated on her mother and tended to ignore his daughter, until he split altogether. But Illa believed he was amazing and her best puppyhood memories are from the times he did pay attention to her.

Illa was sold to a native family near Nome who made a living through reindeer husbandry. She is often near the domesticated reindeer herd and finds a certain peace being amongst them. She hates wolves as she sees them as predators who prey on the reindeer.

Her best friend is her half-brother Everlast, who guards the same reindeer herd as her and pulls in her team. Around Everlast she lets down her guard, but around all other dogs she tends to be icy and curt.
