mate: none (but used to be Bella)

pups: Radar, Rane, Kairi, Anvik

personality: Quiet and very anti-social. He  doesn’t like crowds and will do all he can to avoid them. He’s not aggressive, but he can fight when he’s needed to. He’ll do anything for his family, even if he doesn’t talk to them. He seems to be the wisest of the litter and seems to enjoy having a wolfish side to him.

history: He was adopted out with the rest of his siblings. He didn’t want to be adopted and hated the family. When they would come near him he’d growl and nip at them. The humans ended up tying him outside, which Takado hated. It didn’t last long for Takado to escape the rope, and once he was free he took out to the streets. He was still a pup at the time and found himself wondering aimlessly on streets he didn’t know. He soon found himself on the edge of Nome and had no where to go. That’s when he met a large grey-blue wolf named Doby. Doby had just given up his own children to adoptive wolves (his mate had just died and he couldn’t take care of them). Doby admired the young wolfdog’s free spirit and took Takado under his paw to teach him about the streets and about his wolf heritage.

A few years later Takado had become very street-wise. He lived on the streets, where he met a border collie named Bella. He was used to living by himself, and didn’t quite understand it when he found himself in love with her. He had heard things about dogs who fell in love but he never thought he’d actually find anyone. It didn’t last long. When Bella become pregnant she also grew a bit cold. When she gave birth, she told Takado that she didn’t want the four pups and she wanted them gone. Takado knew if he didn’t do anything the pups would be killed. So he had to find someone that could nurse the pups, then he remembered his mother, Jenna, had just given birth to a still litter about 2 weeks ago. He took the pups and put them in a box with a blanket so he could move them. Before he left, Bella told him she never wanted to see him again. Takado simply nodded and dragged the box off to his parents’ house. He left the box on the doorstep, scratched at the door, then ran around the house and hid around the corner. When Balto saw the puppies he called to Jenna. Her mothering instincts took over and she and Balto adopted the pups as their own.

Takado visited often, but it was never supposed that he was the father. The pups call him their brother and Takado watches them grow up.
