Personality: Quite flirty and loud, she likes to make a big impression on everyone she meets as she feels it will make up for her short size. She can be tempermental and arrogant and often believes she is the perfect girl for all the male dogs but she has an issue with her height and is very insecure about it. She is kind and sympathetic on the inside but feels that this side of her is too weak to show to anyone else.

History: Was born from the brief fling between Chester and Perla. As her mother was pretty cold, she was used to growing up around this. However, she longed to be like all of the beautiful dogs outside her home and spent her puppy days studying them so that she could copy their behaviour. She realised that a lot of the popular girls were often big flirts and very loud, so she based her appearance on them. When she finally could go out, she met everyone with a bang.

She was adopted by a richer little girl who had few friends because of her uptight behaviour. Charla was raised like a princess by her owner, despite her parents telling her to stop spoiling her. She doesn't like to work and is glad to be just a housepet but loves to watch male dogs working. She dreams of finding the perfect mate who loves her for who she really is, but still can't open up enough to anyone to let them in.

She meets Murtagh by accident one day. She is very into purebred working dogs but didn't realise he was neither until she followed him back to his boat. After that, she wanted nothing to do with him but later realised she was curious about him and followed him in secret. She started to really like him so she began having small conversations with him. She began to open up a bit since then and became more playful, though mostly around Murtagh and no one else. She lets him into her home sometimes when her owners are out as she doesn't like that he's always out in the cold and feeds him while he is there.

Other: Has half an eyepatch under her right eye which she is pretty conscious about. She also doesn't really like her odd eyes. Mostly, she dislikes a lot about herself and uses her loud, sometimes cruel, behaviour to hide from other's comments.

As My Character: I originally made Perla to be Chester's mate but put it off. Now, they're just sort of friends but I wanted to design them some babies anyway. Liked them enough to keep them.
