Personality: Easy going, very intelligent, formal, polite, a bit sadistic

Likes: Playing with his food (or 'studying' as he calls it), studying/learning about things around him, watching humans, meat, exploring, quiet, sleeping

Dislikes: Being distracted/pulled away from his 'studies', being wet, rough housing, his food being taken or it escaping

History: Never really knew his parents, having been raised by 'adopted' parents in the pack he was with until he left and became a loner. He knew his almost obsession with studying things, especially humans, was starting to disturb and worry everyone. One day, while passing through another pack's territory, he met Jij(Janine), a wolf from the territory's pack. They soon hit if off, despite her catching him in her pack's territory. Niyol told her about his passion, and even though the femal was wary of them, eventually she ended up leaving the pack to wander with him. It wouldn't be long after that when they will meet Luger ((c) Tyro) and end up joining his pack. He is a great wolf to have either hunting or scouting, as knowing humans and their traps so well, can always avoid/find them. A strategist.

Relation to Balto universe: Dartanion's brother, who is in Achak's pack. Achak's mate is Kiona, daughter of Balto. Niyol will also be sneaking around Nome freqently to 'study' everyone, so will end up meeting the characters.
