Relation to Balto: met him in an ally being attacked by Steel and his "pack" one day, Jas saved him and they've been best friends ever since.

Crush: he has his eye on a few girls in town but so far (to his knowledge) noone likes him back

History: Jasper grew up in Nome's forest, he was very content there with his mother and visiting father. Because his parents only had two pups his father often took him and his sister into town so they could try and make friends their own age. Jasper never really liked the dogs there though, they always picked on him except for a small number of females which were happy to have his company. He grew up learning to fight and evade most males and befriending, often falling inlove with the girls he grew up with. Who never seemed to return his affection. Little does he know the one dog he never suspects is VERY interested in him, just to shy to admit her feelings. His only male friend is Balto, whom he came upon by chance, while the young wolfdog was being savagly attacked by Steel and his new gang. They'd had Balto pinned to a wall and looked as if they'd kill him. Jas saw the act and joined in to fight against the four dogs, they tried to fight them off. After a long battle, Jasper managed to save the wolfdog and ever since then they'd been great friends. 

When he's not in town, Jas loves running through the forest and huntng, often alone. One day he'd made the mistake of running durring a storm and falling off the every same steap hill that Steel and his team had fell many years ago, it was there that Aniu the white wolf found and helped him.

He still visits his parents, luckily his father was only a house pet and his mother never left their old den, it was to well hidden and the territory was to great. If given the chance, Jasper would much rather spend his nights under the stars with the girl of his dreams and the pups they'd share, but for now his content playing "Uncle Jas" with Balto's pups even if he's nearly old enough to be Balto's pup himself.  He splits his home, between his father's house, Balto's boat and his mother's den. All depeanding on the weather.
