Name:     Loki (by first owners)

Relation to Balto:     CAT14'S BALTO FAMILY TREE (Teamate to Jenna's brother)

Birth:    1926 in Platinum, Alaska

Parents:     ??? x ???

Breed:     100% Tamaskan Dog

Personality: Loki's a pretty kind girl, but she loves nothing more then to be sarcastic and tease (in a good way). She's not very clever or sharp, but she has very good instincts and reacts very quickly when she's in a tight spot. She actually thinks best on her feet instead of stopping to figure thing out, but she does like trying to solve any kind of puzzle or problem! When competing or when she has something on her mind, she is utterly viscous, other wise, she's her joking, happy self. She'd rather talk things out, but she'd put up a pretty good fight if she had too. When she's caught in a tight spot, she can act very well, often tricking her way out of trouble. She doesn't listen to anyone except Nicole, her owner, to whom she is extremely loyal.

Siblings:

Mate:     Ridge

Pups:     -spayed-

Loves: Challenges, Nicole, solving any kind of issue, acting, teasing, joking, competing, making guys feel stupid... especially Ridge, for the most part, she also likes Galileo, Trigg and Pilot.

Hates: When a guy gets the better of her, losing anything, not being able to figure something out, not being able to find the way out of something.

Talents: Acting, thinking on her feet, gut reactions, instincts.

History:  As a Tamaskan Dog, she was bred to become a sled dog. And for a while, she was a lead dog as well on Canton's sled team. Once they decide that Canton is going to be a breeding dog, they sell most of the dogs on the team, including Loki. Loki is purchased by a family who need a guard dog for the family and a pet for their daughter, Nicole. Loki fits the bill and moves out to the middle of nowhere where there's only one other farm that's close. Her owners later adopt Ridge, Galileo, Trigg and Pilot as herding dogs. Along the way, she also adopts a pup named Nimbin that Ridge had saved from a lab. She later becomes a sort of mother/ aunt figure to her neighbor's dog, Saphrina.
