History -

For some reason, ever since he was a pup Ros had a fascination in mountains. So, when he was old enough to travel, Ros goes on a journey to reach what he thinks is the biggest mountain in the area. On the way he meets a mountaineer who is kind enough to give Ros shelter and food. The man also owns many dogs, one whom is an elderly dog called Polo, who befriends Ros.

The mountaineer wishers to climb Mount Grizzly after a bet he made with a man in a nearby town. He needs the money desperately after suffering a bad harvest. But, unluckily, while attempting to climb it, he then falls and breaks his shoulder and leg.

Ros takes the man the rest of the way but during it he meets the moose, who attacks the pair. Later in life Ros joins a small pack of wolves and lives happily.

Relation to the story and characters of the film "Balto"  - Friend of Kodi's and while climbing Mount Grizzly he is attacked by the moose in the film.
