does dimitri has a last name?

ok i have finaly tracked it down now this may be wrong but it has some evidence to making it right in real life anastasia(film) was based on the Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna of Russia who was the youngest daughter of Tsar Nicholas II, the last sovereign of Imperial Russia, and his wife, Tsarina Alexandra Fyodorovna. um and um....Nicholas II of Russia had a cousoin Grand Duke Dmitri Pavlovich of Russia so the dimitri on the film is probaly based on the real life person so this would suggest that the dmitri in the films second name is pavlovich.
