Charlie then looks over krypto side.

charlie "yeah and it looks like we're going to get smashed next"

krypto "not if krypto can help it"

Then it stops with them underneith the smasher.

It comes down and krypto grabs it tring to stop it from smashing him and charlie.

charlie "wow krypto you sure are stong"

krypto "hurry and go press button before krypto get smooshed"

charlie "i don't take orders fron no one. but i will this one time"

Then charlie jumps off the conveyor belt and goes to where the button is and jumped to try and press it.

charlie "i can't reach it. it's too high for me to press"

krypto "charlie hurry cause krypto can't hold for much longer"

Then charlie starts to think how he can reach the button so he can press it.

He then comes up with an idea.

Then he grabs a couple of boxes and stack them together.

krypto "charlie hurry up"

Then charlie jumped on the top of the stack and pressed the button.

Just then the smasher stops and krypto let go.

He then jumped down and went to charlie.

Charlie then started to fall off the stack of boxes.

Krypto caught him and put him down.

charlie "thanks for saving me krypto"

krypto "well charlie saved me first so krypto return favor"

Then krypto started to turn back to his normal form.

When he returned to his normal form krypto spun his body around and then he fell to the ground all layed out with his eyes shut.

charlie "krypto? hey krypto come on get up"

But krypto couldn't hear charlie cause he was blacked out.

charlie "i guess i better take you back to the apartment"

He then puts krypto on his back and ran to the apartment as fast as he could.

When charlie got there he put krypto on the couch and then laid on the ground.

Just then itchy comes in the room.

itchy "oh hey there you guys are. i've been looking around the whole town for you"

Then he looked at krypto laying on the couch.

itchy "what's wrong with krypto?"

Charlie then tells itchy the whole story which lasts over a couple of minutes.

itchy "wow so that's why kryptos all layed out on the couch?"

charlie "yeah itch that's why he's on the couch"

Just then krypto woke up.

krypto "huh? what am i doing here back at the apartment?"

charlie "i brought you here after you blacked out"

krypto "oh all right. (feels his head) ow"

itchy "what's wrong krypto?"

krypto "my head hurts. why is that?"

itchy "well maybe it's because of those five drinks you had earlier today"

krypto "no it wasn't that. i think it hurts because that ugly dog at the junkyard beat me up. cause that's the last thing i remembered before i blacked out"

itchy "so you don't know what happened when you turned into a monster?"

krypto "huh? what do you mean when i turned into a monster itchy?"

Charlie then held itchys mouth so he wouldn't say another word.

charlie "oh don't mind what itchy said. he's just a little worried about what happen to you that's all. right itch?"

itchy then shakes his head yes.

krypto "oh all right then"

Then krypto jumped off the couch and then stretched his body.

Then he looked at the clock.

krypto "wow it's that late already? i think i'll go and see what fran is up to"

itchy "can we come too krypto?"

krypto "sure itchy you guys can come too if you want to"

charlie "sure krypto we'll go with you to go see fran. then maybe after that we could go to the flea bite and grab a bite to eat? cause i'm starving"

itchy "yeah i'm starving too charlie"

krypto "ok guys. we'll go to the flea bite after we go and see fran"

charlie "well then why are we sitting around here for? let's go and see fran so we can go and get dinner"

krypto "ok charlie ok sheesh!! well then let's go"

Then they ran out of the apartment and went straight to the alleyway.

When they got there they saw otto and his gang.

krypto "hey otto. what's up?"

otto "oh hey krypto. what's up?"

krypto "we came here to see what fran was doing. is she here?"

otto "no krypto she's not. she said she was going to the flea bite to grab dinner and then come back here and go to bed"

charlie "there you see krypto. if we would of went to the flea bite we would have seen her there"

krypto "yeah i guess your right charlie"

otto "well she might still be there so if you want to see her then you better hurry there before she decides to leave"

krypto "well then what are we waiting for guys. let's hurry to the flea bite before fran decides to leave"

Then krypto runs out of the alleyway as fast as he could.

charlie "hey wait for me krypto"

Then charlie followed krypto.

itchy "hey guys wait for me. short legs here"

Then itchy followed them but was far behind.
