I love Flo, shes probably one of my fav characters, along with Charlie, which is why I love them as a pairing too ^^

I'm experimenting with shading too, so this style may change a bit.

There's really nothing to say whether they were really a couple. Based on Charlie's attitude back then, I'd say it was casual at most.

It was either Charlie was cheating on Flo,or he completely forgot about her.

And that's to be expected of Charlie,he IS an angel after all.
