Charlie and Cousin Meagan Scheming
Charlie and his pup cousin, Meagan C. Barkin, are scheming, while Meagan's best friend, Jock, is driving Itchy insane. I drew this in Flash, because Photoshop wasn't working. Charlie and Itchy were heavily referenced.
