i know Anne Marie appeared in the first film as Carfaces money maker but was later stolen by Charlie who started becoming found of her she was then recaptured by Carface and his thugs but Charlie at the end rescued her from the  burning ship and said goodbye to her before returning to heaven and i know David replaced her in the sequel but didint Charlie tell her goodbyes were not forever but for her they were becuase she never made an appearance in the series or the christmas special and i know they were in san fransico not new orleans did Charlie Itchy Carface or Killer  forget about her becuase in the series Carface never used girls that had the ability to talk to animals to make a fortune or have thugs to do his dirty work all he had who assisted him in the first film was Killer

I would say that the main reason for her not reappearing in any of the sequels is because of the switch from Sullivan-Bluth Studios to MGM Animation. They most likely didn't have any of the original writers either which will probably also have a big reason for her not reappearing.
