They're more than likely all or mostly mutts. I see The green one in the red shirt looks like he might be part Pitbull. The yellow one in the purple shirt looks part Boxer. The black one looks like some sort of Shepherd. The short one in the green shirt looks like a small overweight husky of sorts. The thing about dog breeds is there's so many different ones, you can pretty much pick anything and compare it to a cartoon dog.

I don't think I should tell you that unless someone didn't answer my question about Carface's henchmen in the movie "All Dogs Go to Heaven" yet, so Carface's henchmen must be the types of dogs since Carface's henchmen were ones with a green dye dog in the red shirt, a brown dog with the black and silver stripes collar, a tan dog in the violet shirt, a black dog with an eye patch on the right eye and a brown dog in the blue shirt, and my favorite part of All Dogs Go to Heaven in Carface's boat hideout when Charlie rescued Anne-Marie and started to fight with his henchmen.
