when u create a character does the coloer change if u dont know what i mean ill use itchy for a exsample
hes brown and u want he to be blue does the coloer change

No, it doesn't, It's just like calling a red bouncy ball blue. You
will have to paint the bouncy ball blue to make it blue. Same thing
for characters. |

You can change the "Main color" by modifying your character but the
pictures won't change for you. Our character section is not flash
created, you have to change everything manually yourself. |

Do you mean rendering, like those pictures in the fan images where you
can make the character into your own? You have to use a painting
program to change it, and a lot of patience and talent to make it look
good. Here are some rendering tutorials that could help you with that.
