Personality: A witty little trickster. Leo is very clever and can out-witt even the smartest of canines. He uses his size to his advantage and that is what makes him one of Charlie's close friends. He has his ways of getting information, wether it be from police dogs or strays, Leo has his ways. Leo is British and speaks with an accent, which he can also use to his advantages.

History-

Leo was born in England to a very wealthy family. However he didn't want to live a pampered life, so he left. He became a wanderer, he would hope trains, boat, and sneak on planes to get around. He was very street smart so when Carface first met him, he was intruiged by the newcomer. Carface knew he could use the clever Corgi but Leo had other plans. Leo had met Charlie Barkin and his friend Itchy. Leo quickly became friends with the duo after he showed great skill in a game of Texas -hold- em'.  He began ignoring Carface and became a card shark at the Rat Race. But after Charlie's death he hit the road. He was quiet shocked when Itchy, Charlie, Sasha and David happen to run into him a few years later. Charlie told him the entire story and Leo told that the police had found a horn in a ditch a few hours ago and told them were the police station was. With that the parted ways once again, but he still keeps in touch with Charlie and Sasha.
