Dislikes:  Chuck W. Burlington (even though he is her business partner), cleanliness, fleas, losing.

Personality:  Very similar to Charlie's.  Greedy, lust for money, selfish.  However, she changes after spending time with Mirabella, much like Charlie with Anne-Marie.

History:  Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Meagan C. Barkin was the niece of Burt R. Barkin and Loni A. Bowzer, as well as Charlie B. Barkin's cousin.  She and Charlie spent a great deal of time together as pups.  However, when she was seventeen in dog years, she accidentally got loaded onto a boat to England along with her best friend, and business associate, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Jock P. Cane.  They eventually opened a casino/race track in a junkyard, along with Chuck W. Burlington.  They didn't trust him at first, but eventually gave in.  However, as time went on, Chuck got more, and more conceited, and had thoughts about getting rid of Meagan.  Meagan was a witness of him kidnapping Mirabella, so he killed Meagan.  She met up with Charlie in Heaven, and got them both back down to Earth.  After undergoing a bunch of trials and spending more time with Mirabella, she changed, much like Charlie with Anne-Marie.

Relation to ADGTH:  Charlie's Cousin and Burt Barkin and Loni Bowzer's niece.
