Personality: Very happy and outgoing, but can be shy at times.  Loves dogs, and is very friendly.  Overall, she's a good kid.  She has a small tendency to whine, though, which drives Meagan and Jock crazy.

History:  Mirabella was born in London, England on April 7, 1933.  She and her family live fairly close to Chuck + Meagan's casino and race track.  Meagan got the idea from her cousin, Charlie.  One day, while Mirabella and her father were on a walk, they wound up near the junkyard.  Mirabella saw a huge mountain of cars with lights and music coming from it.  She got curious and went towards it, only to be kidnapped by Chuck.  Meagan Barkin saw him do it, so Chuck tried to kill her.  He succeeded, and Meagan met up with Charlie.  They went back down to Earth, and she freed Mirabella.  However, being Charlie Barkin's cousin, she manipulated her for her own personal gain.  Meagan overcomes her greed and lust for money, which ends in a tearful goodbye as Meagan joins Charlie in Heaven.  MIrabella then gets back to her parents and everybody's happy.  I know, it's a little TOO similar to Charlie and Anne-Marie, but I intended that, because of the whole "blood relation" thing.
