Personality: Mean-spirited, fairly dark, hard-headed but intelligent.

History: Bane was a street dog who didn't stick with his parents very long, wanting to go out on his own. He lived more North, but headed down South for warmer temperatures and, as he has always heard, where the grass was greener and there were girls for the taking.
He was always a gambling hound, and Lousiana was his top pickings spot. One day, he caught Carface's eye when he brawled due to his winnings almost being stolen. Thinking he was going to be thrown out for good anyway, he was pretty vicious, which Carface liked, and he became a bouncer for the place, much to Charlie's displeasure.
To Charlie, he was too vicious and a big downer, especially when he would try to bring up other dog's moods he would be overbearing with his dark mood. When Charlie was killed, he seemed fairly pleased, because now he could settle down without Charlie riling dogs up. Things were fairly peaceful, albeit dark, with Carface in charge.
Then Charlie was somehow back alive, stealing business. Bane was one of the dogs who helped to burn his place down when the time came. But he wasn't completely heartless, he helped Itchy a bit to get away with his life, although it was to warn Charlie to stop getting in their way. But then the huge battle took place in Carface's casino, and he had to flee with Ashton and his other partner, Phillip, an Akita .
When Carface was killed a second time years later, Bane was furious. He agreed with Ashton that Charlie had to pay, and the three formed a pact to end him in any way possible. Whether it be the mutt directly, or any of his close family. However, they did exclude Joey and Zak, since Joey was a close friend before and Zak was his brother, and thus when Helios came around they left him alone also.

Other: Bane is the leader of the pack, and can be quite cunning and strategetic. His one flaw is that he doesn't think of a Plan B, but only because most of his plans go pretty well to perfection, his main failure being not killing Charlie's Granddaughter Mel.
